Your room (16-17 m2) comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, & 3 drawers.


The area:
The flat is close to the city and various transport links like Barbican, Farringdon and Old Street. They can all be reached by a quick walk.

The flat is new and has a spacious living room with an open kitchen area. We have all basic necessities such as vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc.).

The best part is that we have access to a terrace (especially nice during summer) which we share with our friendly neighbours. We are based in the 4th floor (the building has a lift)

Bills: £130-£140/month per person.

Current flatmates:
Myself ( working in Oil Trading) and Sabrina (Investment Consulting). We get along very well, we have lived together for over 2 years. We call this place home, and would prefer to have someone with the same mindset.
This is not a party house, rather a quiet home to wind down after a long day. We are quite strict about the noise late in the evening. So we want someone that has similar working hours to us and appreciates a calm environment.
There is a cleaning rota (each of us cleans once a week) to ensure the flat is clean and tidy.
