About the Flat:
When I first saw that apartment, it felt so cosy and nice, I forgot I was viewing a flat in London (if you know, you know!). Some key details:
- 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom with a bathtub.
- Large living room connected with fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, microwave and all the cooking accessories you need. There's even a taco press!
- Rooftop terrace for residents.
- Small gym in the basement - nothing fancy but does the job when you’re too tired to go anywhere.
- The apartment has beautiful wooden floors and no carpets.
- The lights are dimmable in the living room and bedrooms creating a very cosy vibe.
- There is lots of light coming in all day through beautiful wooden, double-glazed windows.
- The flat was repainted in 2024 so it's nice and fresh.
- Aarke glass water filter jug & steel kettle - for girlies who avoid plastic ✨.

About the Room:
The room is very cosy and it has a lot of storage space:
- Queen bed.
- A big closet many compartments.
- Storage space under the bed.
- Clean and well-maintained.

Location:
You’re in the best location possible.
- 7-minute walk to Farringdon station.
- 10-minute walk to Angel station.
- 17-minute walk to Old Street station.
- 5-minute walk to nearest bus stop stations: City University (Stop UF)- bus 153, Percival Street (Stop UP) - bus 4 & 56.

About you:
You’re very clean (this is the most important thing for me - so if you're messy it won't work), respectful and treat the apartment as a place to rest and rejuvenate. You clean after yourself and like the apartment tidy and minimalistic.

Price:
- £1,400 (including council tax)

Additionally:
- Water £31 (comes off direct debit)
- Electricity & gas ~£30/£40 in summer, ~£50-70 in winter (the flat is warm, but the bills depend on how warm you like it :D)
Your total price will likely be around £1,480.

Term:
- Initially for 6 months, and if you're happy living here, I am happy to extend for longer 💕
