It's a double room with it's own bathroom in a 2b2b flat located in the Central London.

Rent: 1200 £
Deposit : ~1440 £
Bills are ~ 150 £

My contract is until 31th July, and I'm looking for someone to take the last month of my contract.
(moving in earlier than 1st July is also possible)
It's up to you to renew the contract for another year on 1st of August.

So, you can either rent it out for one month, or a year.

We would put you in contact with the agent, who will takeover and get you set up with a contract.

I have a large mirrored IKEA wardrobe in the room, plus few stuff I'd like to ideally sell to the person who wants to get the room.
