Subletting 1 room-June 22nd to August 19th-Angel

Hi! I want to sublet my room in a 4 room apartment in Angel (London EC1V, 20 minutes walk from King's Cross St Pancras, 5 minutes walk from Angel tube station, 12 minutes walk from Farringdon station), from June 22nd to August 19th.

The room is around 12m², with a little double bed, a desk and chair, lots of cupboards and places to store your things. There is one window and one door opening on a little balcony, only available from my room.

The rest of the apartment has everything you need: fully furnished kitchen (with microwave, oven, dishwasher, dryer,...), a shared living-room, one toilet, one bathroom with a toilet. The apartment has a ground floor and one upper ground floor, with kitchen, toilet, living room and one room downstairs, and 3 rooms (including mine) and the bathroom as well as many storage spaces upstairs. There is also a little terrace with a hamac, very nice during the summer. The apartment is located in Midway House, an Islington residence, and our apartment has a view on the little garden of the residence.

The price is 250£ per week (bills included but not the Council Tax as I don't pay it as a student), and during this time the apartment will be occupied by one Franco-American student at UCL (male), one French student doing a summer school at LSE (male), and there will be, on top of yourself, another subtenant (unknown for now, probably a female). I can change the amount of the deposit according to the duration of your stay.

I can send you a video of the flat and visits are possible (as long as I am available !)

Priority will be given to people wanting to stay as long as possible during the time my room is free!

Please don't message me if you want to sublet the room for a longer term as it will not be possible.
