A spacious double bedroom is available in a well-maintained 3-bedroom flat. The bathroom is shared with only one other person.

🏠You'll be living with a 28-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man, both full-time workers who are very friendly and considerate. We're looking for a full-time worker to join us.

📝Lease: You'll be added to the contract, and the flat is managed by an excellent agency.

💦Bills are not included but are relatively low, and we don't pay for water.

🧺The flat is equipped with a perfectly working washer/dryer and a dishwasher, plus everything else.

🌞The flat is East facing, receiving plenty of sunlight, especially in the mornings.

🧼We have a trusted cleaner coming every 2 weeks (£15 per person every time she comes)

(£1500)A non-negotiable fee for the bedroom furniture, as this has been a requirement from previous tenants. Please understand that this is a necessary expense. When you move out, you can do the same and get the money back.
