Looking for a couple to live in cosy flat with me

Hi !

My name is Lea and I am looking for a couple to take over my flatmate bedroom until the end of our lease (14th April 2025). I was leaving with my partner and a flatmate, and both of them are moving out between September and October, so the moving date is flexible.

PRICE : There is a double bedroom available for £825 for each of you, and I would pay £950 for my bedroom. The total rent is £2600 without bills. The bills every months are about £300 that needs to be divide by the 3 of us (Gas, electricity, water, internet and council tax)

ABOUT ME : I am 31, lived in London for the past 5 years and loving it. I am a very enthusiastic person, open minded and positive. Professional chef working some days shifts and some evenings for a renowned restaurant brand. I am tidy and clean, as my profession demands but considerate and not rigid. On my spare time I like DIY, sewing, reading, yoga, cycling and of course, cooking. My partner who use to live here will come some weekends and together we love hosting dinner sometimes :) It worth mentioning that a lot of my choices are based on climate impact and that I am vegetarian.

ABOUT THE FLAT : It is a ground floor, very light and comfy. There is enough space to live comfortably with 3 people. Nice space to host some dinners and drinks, doing some DIY projects in the living room, hang laundry or exercice. There's plenty of plants and the more the merrier :) There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, no TV, a shower/bath an a space to store your bike. We share the bathroom.

ABOUT US :
I would love to find a couple who's respectful of each other spaces and love to hang out sometimes. Watching a movie together, sharing a drink and some meals :)
