Double room in Clerkwenwell

hey! I’m looking for someone to takeover my housemates tenancy from the end of September in this stunning flat in Clerkenwell (super close to Angel/Farringdon/Chancery Lane stations)! 🌟

It’s a double room for £1,150 a month excluding bills (which usually come up to around £150). The current tenancy ends on the 1st of Dec but looking to extend for a year with a 6 month break clause ☺️

the flat is in a managed building with an elevator and a porter - and is really close to exmouth market!

I’m a 24 year old Malaysian girl, who works at a FinTech startup, and while is really respectful of each others space, loves to have movie nights, dinner parties and going out for a drink or 2 in the evenings!

I’m looking for someone in their 20s who is down to be both a flatmate and a friend and would love to meet up for a coffee and a viewing before we sign anything of course!
