Large double room in lovely flatshare in Angel

I’m moving out of my current flat and am looking for a girl between the ages of 25 and 35 to take over my current tenancy from 2 September.

The location in Clerkenwell is fantastic (you can walk to soho in just over half an our!), and means the flat is very well connected. It’s a 5 minute walk from Exmouth Market, a 10 minute walk Angel Station, a 15 minute walk from Kings Cross and a 15 minute walk to Farringdon, needless to say there’s loads of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

The rent is £1040 (not including bills). Bills usually come to about £100 per month. The current flatmates are three girls who are very easy going and clean.

The room is a great size and has its own balcony (!!), a built in wardrobe and a double bed. I will also be leaving two large chests of drawers, a bedside table and a bookshelf which I’m willing to sell at a low price.
