Looking for a Flatmate - Farringdon

Bedroom 1 and 2 available (as per floorplan) You can pick the room as per your preference as one of us is happy to move into either. Both rooms are NOT ENSUITE

Me and my friends have found a 4 bed place and we are looking for one more flatmate. Professional Female flatmates will be preferred but we are happy to consider anyone.

The rent for the available rooms are 1250 and 1500pm. The rooms are extremely big (especially the 1500 one). The floor plan is on the advert.

The location is 5 mins walk from Farringdon Station and 2 mins from Chancery Lane Station. It extremely central. Ideal for people working in The City or LSE or Kings’s or UCL.

The house is a new built and fully furnished(the beds are there, the pictures were taken before they were installed). The house also gets a lot of natural light and is cross ventilated. The communal area includes a big kitchen with loads of living space, 2 toilets, and a bath. The video in the ad is through the letting agency and with previous tenants who were slightly messy but the house will be professionally cleaned before move in date.

We all will be moving in early September.

ABOUT US:

So far, there are three of us. Ray and I are UCL graduates—I studied economics, and Ray studied civil engineering. Ray is returning to UCL for a master’s in Energy Systems and Data Analytics and I’ll be working. We both enjoy going out, visiting parks, cooking together, and watching TV. Our third flatmate is Jon, a Bristol University graduate who has been working as a Software Engineer for a year. He shares interests with us. We all are social and hygienic people but we respect boundaries and your personal space. Not that it matters a lot but Jon and I are vegetarian, Ray is not.
