Double room + own bathroom in EC1R for Oct

Hi all,

I'm moving and am hoping to get someone take over my current lease for the 1-30 of October. My room is a furnished double in a 2 bed 2 bath (so you have access to your own bathroom in the hall).

The current flatmate is 27 and works from the office 5 days a week as a trader (there could potentially be a few days she works from home).

The building has a concierge, small gym and a great rooftop! It's a perfect location - around the corner from Exmouth Market and a 10 minute walk to Angel Central.

Rent: 1050 + bills

Note: This would be an official change on the lease and you would need to go through referencing but I’m already flagged this to the property managers who have said it should all be quick and easy. Currently I can’t say if there would be the ability to extend as that’s up to the other existing flatmate if she wants to take over the entire flat from 31 October.
