Hi everyone

Looking for a new flatmate to move in around 1st October in a 3 bedroom flat in Clerkenwell, Islington. Ideally looking for a female aged late twenties to early 30s and working in the office or hybrid, no couples or students please.

🏠 rooms & flat:
3 partly furnished double bedroom flat with a hallway, small kitchen and one shared bathroom (includes a bath). No living room sadly, but all the bedrooms are a really good size! Also warning that there are a lot of stairs as the flat is on the top floor with no lift

📍location:
A great location 🤍 quite central, not far from Exmouth Market with some nice bars, cafes and restaurants. Small supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Co-op are 5-10 minute walk. 10 minute walk from Farringdon station and 20 minutes to Angel.
