Double room with private bathroom in Clerkenwell

I am sadly moving out from my room in Clerkenwell as I had an offer for a job abroad and I am helping my flatmate finding someone to replace me.

🛏️The room is a double bed room with private bathroom. The house has got a shared living room with kitchen and a terrace with forniture. Please note that I’ll be selling the TV and Air Fryer you see in the picture. If interested in any of them please let me know. The house faces a little piazza and is very quiet as we are surrounded by boutique hotel and cars can’t come in.

If you work from home a desk can be placed in the living room as my previous flatmate used to have.

💪🏻Gyms close to the house are: Virgin active, Gym Box and pure gym.

The house has god also a storage, dishwasher, laundry machine and drying machine.

The bills are around 150£ per month, they may change based on consume.

🙋🏽‍♂️Alessandro, my flatmate, is an Italian façade engineer from Salerno Italy. He’s the best flatmate I ever had. We used to cook and go out together a lot but he also respect your “me” time.

Neighbours are all very nice and helpful is anything is needed. Landlords are also very nice and ready to help/send people to help if needed.

I will have a lot of things to leave behind and happy to discuss if you need anything AKA duvet/pillows etc. Happy to just leave them to you ☺️

Transport🚎:
5 minute walking from Farrigdon station.
Bus stop to central London at a doorstep. Exmouth market 5 minutes away and if you like some house music Fabric is walking distance from the house!

Supermarket 🛒
2 supermarket 3 minutes away and a big Sainsbury’s 15 minutes away. The area is very quiet as surrounded by offices and hotels.
