The room is sunny, very spacious and fits a big desk, wardrobe and king size bed very comfortably. It is on the second floor of the house, so there is plenty of light coming through.

*Rent*
The room is £1425 pcm, with a deposit of £1630. Bills roughly come to £150 per month. This includes very fast WiFi (each bedroom has a router), electricity, water, council tax and an amazing weekly cleaner.

*Room*
The room can be arranged to be let furnished with the wardrobe, a bed and desk (although it will be a different bed / desk that will be offered, as I will be taking those items with me).

*The house*
The house is a stunning Georgian conversion, with 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (everyone has an ensuite, and there is a spare toilet for guests), as well as a spare room for storage. We have been living here for 2.5+ years so the common areas are fully equipped with whatever you may need. The house has excellent transport networks (Angel tube is ~ 10min walk, Kings Cross ~14mins, plenty of buses that take you wherever you need to go).

*The flatmates*
You wil be living with 5 other professionals aged 32-36 - 2 females (Greta and Dima) and 3 males (Luke, Flav and Griff). Everyone has a busy working schedule (careers vary from tech, to engineering, to journalism) but we love to treat the house as a home and are looking for a flatmate with similar values, who is sociable and keen to chat / unwind with a glass of wine in front of the TV.
