Double Room In Grays Inn Road

Hi All,

The flat is located in Central London Zone 1 .
Very good for commuting. Chancery Lane Station is a 10 minutes walk away. Farringdon is 15 minute walk and Holborn/Kings Cross 20 minute walking distance also a lot quicker by bus.

The flat will be shared with myself and my 3 year old daughter.

I’m looking for someone who is very clean, relaxed, hard working and friendly.

I work full time and my daughter is at school during the week. So evenings is our time to wind down and relax.

We will be sharing communal areas such as Bathroom and Living Room. Of course we hope to share this space with someone who can maintain their cleanliness.
