Peaceful Double Room in Central London

Hello! 😊

I’m Rose, a 32 year old Cafe Manager by day, comedian/performer by night-ish (I’m just starting out!) I work Mon-Fri and usually 7-3pm so try to get an early night’s sleep most nights as I have to wake up around 5am! I’m looking for a mature professional who likes to keep a tidy, peaceful home so that we have a nice sanctuary to come back to. I’m very sociable and friendly, so am seeking a flatmate who wants a connection and not to just live as strangers, where we can enjoy time together but respect each others need for ‘me time’ as well.

The flat:
A bright and modern 8th floor home within a 23 floor building next to the lovely Exmouth market. The temperature is well regulated so at no point did we need to turn on heating in the winter. Your room is a spacious double that is comfortable and comes with a great wardrobe. We have nice views of the city and live next to a cute, homely park. It’s furnished but my housemate will also be offering some pieces of hers.

Bills are separate and in total are somewhere between £120-150 each month.

The flat itself is fairly quiet. I’m easily disturbed when trying to sleep and usually don’t have any issues.
