Looking for 2 people to buddy up in Angel x

Found a great flat for £3.2k I’d like to put an offer in but need two people to buddy up x

3 bedroom flat with big living room and separate kitchen in the heart of Clerkenwell

One toilet and one separate shower room
All three bedrooms are of similar size and come furnished, but I think one is slightly bigger so happy to split the rent accordingly
Kitchen has gas hobs, washing machine and dishwasher
There’s a little balcony with space for a little table and chair or bench with views of the Shard and St Paul’s
Current furniture is a little sad but it’d be fun to furniture hunt on Facebook marketplace (I always see lots of cool free stuff) or flea markets and make it homey x

I have a lovely friendly cat which I honestly consider a bonus lol
