A spacious double room with two windows and quiet garden view. The room is 16ft by 12 ft (5 x 4 sq m) and has two fitted wardrobes. Double bed, chest of drawers, desk. The room is in a period flat shared with one other girl, a quiet and studious drama student in her mid-twenties, and a middle-aged married couple (the landlord) who are often away. Shared use of small modern kitchen and bathroom, with shower and washer-dryer. No shared sitting room. We are looking for a tidy housemate who is responsible, friendly but not expecting to socialise busily in the flat. Rent includes bills, cleaning and broadband.
