A spacious double room in this central and safe location close to the Barbican. The room is a good size, 11ft 6 x 10 ft (11 sq m), and has a wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, desk. The room is in a period flat shared with one other girl, a quiet media coordinator in her mid-twenties, and a middle-aged married couple (the landlord) who are often away.

Shared use of small modern kitchen and bathroom, with shower and washer-dryer. No shared sitting room. We are looking for a tidy housemate who is responsible and friendly but not expecting to socialise busily in the flat. Rent includes bills and broadband.
