One bedroom with a separate bathroom in a two-bedroom apartment is available to rent from the 1st of November.
We are leaving our room, and our flatmate is staying in the other room; she is a young professional working in the City and she is looking for someone alike.

The City is within walking distance, as are Farringdon and Barbican stations. There is excellent connectivity to all parts of London.
Plenty of cafes and restaurants are nearby, with Exmouth market within 15 minutes walking distance. Waitrose and Tesco are 5 minutes5 minutes away.

The building is part of a gated apartment complex with a concierge and CCTV. Between the buildings, there is a beautiful courtyard.
The apartments have double-glazed windows, and the whole complex is generally well-maintained.
The neighbours are friendly, and there is a shared WhatsApp group for neighbours in case you need any advice/help.
