Cosy room in Clerkenwell, Jan.-Feb.-Mar. 2025

I am subletting my room from early Jan. to end of March 2025, in a 2-persons shared flat, in Zone 1 (Clerkenwell).

My flatmate Cora and I are looking for a person (no couples) around 27-35 y. o; easy-going and sociable that would take great care of the flat and would keep the common spaces tidy and clean.

About the room: It has a very comfortable Queen size bed, storage space, a big sitting/standing desk and a comfortable desk chair, and an en-suite bathroom (toilets, shower, sink, storage).

About the flat: : It is in a recent-build compound, with an elevator, nicely furnished, very clean and with a lot of lil’ plants :) You would share the flat with Cora (F32), and would thus share the kitchen and the living room. You have your own bathroom (en-suite). This is not a party flat, but we do cook together occasionally and share a drink. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a calm and cosy place to live.

Amenities: We have a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a vast array of cooking utensils, for the ones who enjoy cooking :)

Location: The flat is located in Clerkenwell-St Luke, in central London. A short walk from tube stations like Old Street (10 min), Farringdon (10 min) or Barbican (10 min). The area is nice and safe. There are several different restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby, restaurants.

Price: 1400£ per month, which includes the cost of water. The charges (electricity, gas, internet) are estimated at 75£ per month, but it will of course depend on your consumption, notably on your use of heating.
