Zone 1 Room, close to Barbican

Unfortunately my roommate is moving to Amsterdam, so a room has become available from the 12th December in our 4 bed house located between Barbican and Old Street.

The house is super central, 8 min walk from Old Street, 8 min walk from Barbican and 16 min walk from Farringdon.
Please note, the room is on the smaller side, there isn’t currently a fitted wardrobe and the rail is all the hanging space currently in the room. It’s on the first floor with a toilet and a shared bathroom (between 3) on the top floor.

We’re 3 three girls (Lucy, Linda and Anna) who work in Marketing and Architecture. We’re all fairly busy people, so often out working or socialising. But when we are in love a chat and to hang out eating dinner together or watching TV.

We’re looking for a professional in their mid 20’s - 30’s who’s similar, with their own things going on but happy to have the house as a calm space to chill after work.

The room is £770 a month + £61 council tax. Bills are split evenly and roughly come to £120 a month (but can be higher in winter etc.)
