We have a great, bright and spacious double room available to rent in a lovely 3 bed flat in Barbican.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The layout of the room creates a nice desk corner perfect for WFH days, feeling separate from the bed. Would be happy to sell the desk if wanted.

The sitting room is very large but cosy, connected to a smart kitchen area.

The flat is in an amazing location on the border of Barbican/ Clerkenwell/ Farringdon. Very close to the City, St Paul's. Very close to all transport (bus outside, v close to Barbican and farringdon station). Also close to many shops, Tesco express on our street, large Waitrose 5-10min walk, M&S and Aldi 5 mins along Old Street. 15min walk to Angel shops.

I have been very happy living here for the last 9 years but have finally decided to move out by myself. The current flatmates are two lovely professional females, always up for a glass of wine and a chat but respectful of each others space. Keen to keep a friendly atmosphere happy to hang out when everyone is around.

Landlord requires references and will not accept students or pets.
