Rent is £990 per calendar month with a £1096.16 deposit. There is also a £125 fee for reference checks, but if you are willing to move in sooner (including getting paperwork finished quickly) this can be negotiated. Council tax is £40 a month (band D) and total bills are around £35, so total costs are roughly £1065 a month give or take.
