Hello!
We have a room to rent in our 3 bed Clerkenwell flatshare.
We are Kayleigh and Dumi, both working professionals in our 30’s. Our housemate is moving back to France and we would like to find someone to take over her tenancy.
Kayleigh works in a textile company in the local area and is originally from Wales. Dumi is a hybrid worker (but mainly WFH) in HR and is from Moldova.
We’re looking for an easy going flatmate who is happy to share a meal, have a chat or join us for a movie night, but who also respects our personal space.
The flat is based on the 11th floor of a tall block with great views of the city. Exmouth Market with its weekday lunchtime street food market and trendy restaurants and bars is just around the corner.
Location wise the flat is an easy 10 minute walk from Angel (Nothern line), and roughly the same to Farringdon (National Rail, Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & city, and Elizabeth line).
Our zone 1 location mean it’s only about 20 minutes walk to Holborn or Kings Cross/St Pancras.
The flat is spacious and boast great storage as well as a bit of outside space with a small balcony. The flat gets lots of natural light and we have a spacious living room with a window through to the kitchen diner, with a separate shower room and toilet
Heating is included in the rent and we pay around £100-130 in bills monthly for the rest - council tax (band C), water, electricity etc.
