We have a spacious and modern double bedroom with a built in double wardrobe. The flat is in a modern apartment building with a concierge, a courtyard and rooftop garden access.
It is very secure and safe, fully furnished to a very high standard! The apartment is very warm with double glazed windows and great central heating - we have never needed heating.

The location is incredible with 3 major tube stations close by. Only a 7 minute walk to the Barbican station and a 10 minute walk to both Old Street Station and Angel Station. Farringdon Station is also only a 12 minute walk which makes for very easy transport to and from airports.
We also have Exmouth Market only a 10minute walk away, perfect food foodies!

You would be sharing the flat with only one other person (35 Y. O professional male from New Zealand). He is amazing and very social and respectful.
