CENTRAL LONDON **part-time WEEKEND LET** – Clerkenwell/ Angel / Farringdon

Furnished large single room with high ceilings in a Georgian flat, located in a peaceful neighbourhood yet close to central London’s vibrancy.

**Please be aware this is a weekend rental**

Availability & Pricing:
Current Schedule: Available from Friday night through to Sunday night, with checkout on Monday morning. The rate is £180 for a three-night weekend stay; shorter stays are possible with a two-night minimum at a pro-rated rate.

From October: Availability expands to include Thursday night through to Monday night (checkout Tuesday morning). A five-night stay is possible, again with a minimum two-night booking.

Rentals are not offered on an ad-hoc basis. A minimum term of one month is required, with payment due by calendar month in advance. Rental is suitable for long term lodging situation.

Room & Amenities:
Comfortable deep daybed that extends to a double.
Desk and chair for work needs.
Shared bathroom (clean and tidy) with linen and towels provided; you’re welcome to bring your own and store them here. You are welcome to store your own toiletries and a few items of clothing here.
Full access to kitchen; tea, coffee, and water available in your room. You’re also welcome to use the lounge for dining or relaxing.
Iron, hairdryer, and washing machine provided.

House Guidelines:
Clean, warm, and comfortable home. No outdoor shoes indoors sliders provided and sanitised between uses; feel free to bring your own indoor footwear.
There is a dog in the home; guests must be comfortable around pets.
Unfortunately, this room is not suitable for full-time students due to the unique part-time arrangement.

Location & Connectivity:
Situated 15–20 minutes’ walk from the City or West End (borders of EC1 and WC1).
Nearby Tube stations: Angel (5 mins), Farringdon (10 mins), Kings Cross (15 mins).
Buses: 38, 341, 19, 153, 205, 214, 73, and others within 5 minutes’ walk.
Close to Sadler’s Wells, Angel Islington, Upper Street, Exmouth Market, British Library, and various independent shops and galleries.
