A sunny double bedroom is available from 15th September in our friendly, but relaxing flat share. It is our home, not just a flat.

Suitable for working from home. Not noisy. A pleasant, roomy, light, and airy flat. There are local transport links to all over London and lots to do within walking distance, including Exmouth Market, Camden Passage and Regent’s Canal.

You will be sharing with Taylor and Sam, in a clean bright space with plenty of natural light. We are looking for a friendly flatmate who is clean and tidy, respectful and does not mind the occasional pub trip or trivia night!

You would share a lovely lounge with a balcony, a great kitchen and an extra seating area/bar in the hallway. There is a bathroom and separate toilet and good storage.

We are not a party house, but we are friendly and relaxed, like our own space but also spend time together socialising. I have really enjoyed my time in this flat and I think you will too!

The bedroom comes with a large build in closet, desk and a double bed.
Rent - £900.
Deposit - £1000
Bills - £120 (approx) - include gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet. Service charge, heating and hot water are included in the rent.

The apartment is on the 6th floor and has a lift and an entry phone system with a security fob. On the ground floor there is a concierge on site 24 hours a day. They will take parcels for you if you are out.

All rooms and balcony are west-facing which makes for lovely evening sun and views across London. The balcony has a table and two chairs.

Great local facilities including a park 2 minutes away with tennis courts and exercise area, canal walks, small and large food shops, restaurants and a local cafe society. The apartments have their own basketball courts, and resident off-street parking and cycle racks.

Located in central London round the corner from Exmouth Market and Spa Fields Park. There are plenty of nice walks around this area. Local amenities include bespoke shops in Exmouth Market and several supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Co-op, Sainsbury's) within 5mins walking distance. We are 8min walk from Angel tube station, 11min from Farringdon mainline and tube station, 15min from Barbican station, 15min from the canal and 20min from King Cross Saint Pancras (all on foot). Aldwych and The City (financial district) are a 30 minute walk.

Redecorated and refurbished February 2021. All in good order. Neutral colour scheme apart from 2 accent walls. Light coloured wooden floors throughout. Very efficient central heating with individually controlled radiators in each room and full modern double glazing. Each bedroom has its own lock and key.

A Santander bike station in front of the building allows for commuting by bike if you don't have your own! Ironmonger's Row swimming pool and gym are within walking distance and reasonably priced.
