There's lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. 5mins walk to Exmouth Market. There's a Waitrose and Tesco downstairs.

I am a professional working in Marketing in the City. Looking for a considerate, calm, clean and respectful flatmate to replace my current one who's moving out in the beginning of March.

Bills (council tax, electricity and wifi) come up to ~£200 each per month. Concierge service is included where you can pick up your parcels.

The tenancy is via an agency so you'll be required to provide references from work and previous landlords.
