- Smaller grocery shops nearby, and a large Sainsbury’s is a 15 min walk
- Landlords are a lovely young couple, we have a group chat with them, no agents, and never had any issues (lived here for almost 3 years)
- Concierge open until late night for your deliveries
- Balcony (shared but never seen it used by anyone else)
- Large fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer, and more (all brand new or semi new)
- Currently replaced TV with plants and candles (so no TV atm, but I’m easy)

ABOUT YOUR FLATMATE (me)

- 26 years old, female, lawyer, Czech
- I work from the office most days, leave around 9am and come back around 7-9pm most days. I like spending time in the living room and also equally like to be hanging out in my own room
- Not opposed to having people over for a party / board games every now and then, but preferably not on a weeknight
- Big fan of communication and being mindful of each other’s schedules and boundaries
- I like the flat to be clean at the end of each week, and do my best to maintain it in good shape during the week - but appreciate sometimes schedules get in the way during the work week so I equally don’t expect it to be spotless all the time
- Happy to share my plates, appliances, etc if they’re kept in good shape. Usually cook veggie but occasionally have meat

- Ideally a professional girlie who is clean, respectful, and down to hang out and chat :)
- Big bonus if you can take care of plants if I’m away!
