I'm looking for a housemate to join me in this modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat with outdoor space, located on the 3rd floor of a secure building with a 24/7 concierge.

Location:

Perfectly positioned between Farringdon and Barbican stations, you’ll have excellent access to the Elizabeth Line, Thameslink, and three major Tube lines. You’re also within walking distance of Angel, the City, and surrounded by cafés, gyms, restaurants, and shops (Tesco and Waitrose are literally downstairs!)

The Flat:

* Double bed, mattress, bedside table and wardrobe
* Open-plan kitchen and living area (with dishwasher & washing machine)

* The flat has two bathrooms. You will have sole day-to-day use of the main bathroom; this bathroom may also be used by occasional visitors, as it is the shared corridor bathroom. I use a separate bathroom.

* 24/7 concierge and friendly building staff
* Council tax band F

About Me:

I’m a doctor with a hybrid work schedule (part WFH, part co-working). I travel occasionally and love trying new restaurants around London. I’m tidy, an early riser, into fitness, and enjoy a balanced social life.

The vibe is relaxed, clean, and friendly - it would be lovely to have occasional nights where we go out for supper to catch up, balanced with personal space also.

About You:

Ideally a professional female who’s clean, respectful, independent, and easygoing. Someone who appreciates a peaceful home and might be up for the occasional hangout (no pressure or expectations). Lastly, preferably doesn't WFH (too much/at all) because there is no room in the flat for 2 desks. Sorry!
