The flat has all the needed appliances: Dishwasher, Washing machine & dryer. Cleaner comes weekly and a private balcony. There's also a nice outside courtyard area for chilling in the sun. All bills are included in the rent.
Resident parking available (you’ll just need to apply for a permit through the council).
