Hi there!
We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy female flatmate to join our cosy shared flat.

🛏️ About the flat:
• This is a 2-bedroom flat converted into 3 rooms (the living room is partitioned with a curtain to create a private sleeping area)
• The master bedroom comes with an en-suite
• The second bedroom and the living-room-bedroom share a main bathroom
• The kitchen and shared spaces are clean and functional
• ⚠️ The flat is not fully furnished. Most of the furniture belongs to current or previous tenants – you may need to bring your own or discuss buying items from the current flatmate
• Bills are not included in the rent

🙋‍♀️ About me:
I’ve currently reserved the master bedroom, but I’m flexible – if it makes sense for someone else to take it, I’m open to discussing room swaps.
I’m clean, respectful, and value a peaceful living environment. I also really appreciate personal space – but I’m definitely up for having tea together or chatting when we’re both around. Ideally looking for someone warm, easygoing, and considerate.

• No smoking
• No pets
• No overnight guests or bringing dates/random people home
• Respect for privacy and cleanliness is a must
