Double room available in social flat!

One of our lovely flatmates is moving out at the end of the lease, so we are looking for a new flatmate to join us!

You will be sharing with 3 friendly, international flat-mates, all young professionals ideally looking for the same. We’re quite sociable and enjoy hanging out when we’re all around, exploring local restaurants, and going to the cinema together. That said, we’re also quite busy with our own plans, so you can join in whenever you’re free! At the moment, two of us mainly work from home, and a previous tenant of this room also worked from home if that’s something you’re looking to do.

The flat is amazingly located;
-10 min walk to Angel (Northern Line)
-10 min walk to Farringdon (Hammersmith, circle, Elizabeth, overground)
-20 min walk to Kings Cross
-1-2 minute walk to Buses in all directions

It’s steps away from all of the restaurants and pubs on Exmouth Market and Spa Fields park, our go to picnic spot.

The flat has a large living room with balcony, a separate big kitchen, two toilets (one main with shower). The available room is a double - furnished with a bed, desk and chair . Includes a big built-in wardrobe. Bills are not included in the rent and usually work out to be £100-110 per month (council tax, internet, electric, water). You would be joining us on our lease renewal from 1st Oct.
