Super Central 4-bedroom flat, off Exmouth Market

We’re three recent graduates now starting our professional careers (mainly law and physics), and we’re looking for a fourth flatmate to join our home.

The flat is split over two stories, with a bathroom and a cozy living room upstairs plus kitchen downstairs. It’s on the 3rd floor (top floor) of the building, and there’s a lift for easy access. The location is amazing, just a 25-minute walk to Covent Garden, with excellent transport links nearby. Angel, Farringdon Station, King’s Cross, and Exmouth Market are all right on the doorstep, along with plenty of shops, pubs, and cafes.

The available bedroom is spacious, overlooks the courtyard, and gets plenty of natural light, making it a quiet and comfortable space.

We’d love to find a female housemate in a similar age range (preferably not a student) who is tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. As flatmates, we enjoy spending time together, whether that’s a pub quiz, a night out, or just relaxing at home.
