About the room:
Your room (approximately 15-16m2) comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe & drawers.

The area:
The flat is close to the city with various transport links like Barbican, Farringdon and Old Street. They can all be reached by a quick walk (Barbican is the closest, 4 min away).

About the flat:
The flat is brand new and has a spacious living room and an open kitchen area. We have all necessities of a household in the flat already (kitchen equipments, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc.). We also have access to a terrace with a table and chairs (especially nice during summer) which we share with our friendly neighbours. We are based in the 4th floor and there is a lift :)

Your future flatmates:
Myself ( working in Commodities Trading) and Sabrina (Investment Consulting). Me and Sabrina have been living here for over 4 years and we call this place home, hence we would prefer to have someone with the same mindset. We get along very well and are respectful towards each other. This is not really a party house, rather a chilled place to relax after a long working day.

The room is available from mid December, however the exact date can be flexible.
