Sublet in Clerkenwell / Angel (Zone 1)

Sublet available from 11 October to 15 November 2025 (5 weeks, minimum 1 month)

It is a 2nd floor double room in a lovely Georgian property in the heart of Angel.

It's 7 minute walk from Angel station, a 13 minute walk from Kings Cross station, and walking distance to Farringdon, Holborn, and many places in central London. Its central but nested in a quite street, with many coffee shops and pubs nearby,

The room is fully furnished, comes with a table and chair and has plenty of natural light. There is an amazing living room, with a dining table and two bathrooms (you will share the bathroom in the picture).

Bills, council tax and weekly cleaner for communal areas included (heating and electricity are capped based on reasonable usage, but I have never had to pay extra in the last 9 months).

You will be sharing with three girls and one guy, all of whom are working professionals and extremely nice and friendly people. Everyone does their own thing, but is also up for a chat. This is a quiet house and not a party house, as everyone is a working professional.
