Double Bedroom on famous Exmouth Market

Double room available from mid December / January (can be flexible with dates) in an unbelievable location (last room in video)

Flat is top floor overlooking Exmouth Market so great restaraunts and coffee shops literally on your doorstep. The room available is at the back of flat so no noise from street as it backs onto offices (although no car noise etc. in living room just a bit of chatter of people outside enjoying the market)

10 min walk to Angel, Chancery Lane or Farringdon tube, 10 minutes to the canal and a 20 minute walk into the City or 30 mins to Soho. Nowhere worth going to that you can’t get to in 15 minutes on a bike :)

I’m Jamie, 32, from West London originally and work in innovation consulting (whatever that means…) Have lived here for two years and loved it - best mate is moving in with his Girlfriend so looking for a new housemate.

I’m normally in the office Monday - Thursday, and spend a one or two nights a week down in South London with my girlfriend and have a couple of two / three week trips planned early next year. Standing desk in Living room you’re welcome to use whenever.

I enjoy an old man pub, dragging myself on the occasional run and making the most of the 25% locals discount at the bars / restaraunts on the market.

Pretty relaxed in the week, always down to watch a film or whatever true crime documentary Netflix. Looking for someone late twenties, early thirties who is easy going and sociable. Welcome to have mates round for drinks, dinner parties etc. as long as you don’t take the mick. i tend not too that often but purely because so many great spots nearby.

Room is technically unfurnished, I’ve done the rest of the flat, but housemate doesn’t need his furniture (bed, cupboard) so can strike a deal if you’d need them.

Bills not include - typically around £130 all in for WiFi, Council Tax, Gas/Electric, Water.

Would need to swap in deposit for my housemates which is £1,625. Landlord is great, a trust who own the whole of Exmouth Market so if anything goes wrong they’ll send someone out same day and get it sorted (and stay out of the way)
