We have two double bedrooms becoming available in our 3-bedroom flat, from mid November. We are only leaving because we are moving in with family, and love living in this flat!
One of us has been here since 2022, and has a great relationship with the landlord. Any issues are very promptly fixed! The rooms do come furnished, but any other furnishing required you can request from the landlord/property manager as they are quite accommodating.
The existing lease ends in Jan 2026, but will be renewed with a break clause in July 2026. As you will be taking over the lease, you’ll need to pass referencing or provide information for a U. K. based guarantor!
About the flat:

- Lower ground floor, but plenty of light and no issues with mould
- Spacious living room
- Separate kitchen
- Separated toilet and shower rooms.
- Access to garden

- Here you will find the biggest shops which are Sainsbury’s and Waitrose, some smaller Asian shops and and M&S. There is also a farmers market close by on Sundays!
- 10-15 min walk from King’s Cross
- 20-25 min walk from UCL, KCL, Birkbeck and LSE (for students)
- 15 min walk to Farringdon
- Peaceful and quiet residential street in Clerkenwell.
The remaining flatmate is a recent LSE post-graduate, a super lovely person and a good friend of ours! We are social and do things together often, but also have our own lives and respect each others space! Bonus is that she bakes sourdough!
Ideally looking for women aged 23+, open to people looking together or two individuals! Both students and professionals are welcome to reach out!
