10 min walk to Angel & Barbican stations
15 min to Farringdon
30 min walk to LSE (my daily and very pleasant commute!)
Surrounded by bus stops & bike-sharing decks

Full of great cafés, restaurants, pubs, gyms, food shops and lovely gardens. Never felt unsafe.
🏡 The Flat:
Lively but tidy flatshare with friendly, work-oriented, and chill ladies who love art, working out, good food, music, and cosy dinners together. We enjoy each other’s company while also valuing privacy and personal time. English, Spanish & Italian spoken at home.
🍳Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Oven, microwave, large fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
💰Rent: £275 per week
Bills: Fixed price (≈ £83/month) — no stress about splitting energy or water costs! Council tax excluded.
