Hello! My name is Ken, a gay professional looking for another gay professional for flatshare preferably.

The flat is close to transportation (Old street, Barbican and Farringdon), supermarkets, gyms, cinema, shops, and the canal. I can cycle to Holborn in 10 minutes and Soho in 15 minutes. It has also been freshly refurbished to a good standard, to ensure comfortable living.

The room is relatively spacious in a central London flat (12 m2 roughly), facing south, with plenty of natural light. It features a folding double bed (140x200cm), giving you more space if needed. Extra-large built-in wardrobes. Dimmable ceiling light in multiple colours. The room is for single occupancy. (videos on request)

You can see a floor plan. No shared living room, but the kitchen has a folding table for dining.

I also live here, and I hope we will get on well. Someone who sleeps relatively early and keeps noise low in the evening would be ideal. I am a single gay man in my early 40, on a career break, learning computer science and coding now. :-)
