Room in a cosy flat *No Student/ Couple*

Hello there!

We're a clean, tidy, and social household that loves dinner parties and creating a warm, welcoming space to call home.
Ideally, you're independent and have your own life, but you're also excited to invest in making our flat a beautiful place to live.

At the moment there is work still to be done on the flat - and we're hoping to find someone who wants to put the effort into some repairs/ furnishing and fixing things up!

We're looking for someone reliable, easygoing, and happy to get involved with the upkeep and vibe of the flat. You should be a working professional (no students or couples, please), ideally not working from home full-time, and planning to stay for at least a year.

Flat is 4bd, 2 bathrooms with a shared livingroom, kitchen, and a large outdoor balcony over looking exmouth market. Age-wise, we're looking for someone around 25-30.

If this sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you. We're doing viewings on *Monday 8th* and *Wednesday 10th*.

A bit about us:
* Thais* (25) grew up in Paris, works as a climate consultant, loves cooking, running, swimming, film, coffee and into art. In her free time she loves searching out London's hidden culinary gems.

* Tomas (27) moved to London from Barcelona last year, and enjoys visiting museums, cooking, and discovering new places in the city in his free time

* Dan* (25) British and works in finance. Enjoys playing sports (esp. rugby, football, racquets) and doing badly in pub quizes

*The Area*:
We live right next to Exmouth market - which is super vibrant, lots of bars, coffee shops, and bakeries!

-19, 38, 63, 341 busses stop right outside our house and we're 10 min walk from Farringdon station, 20 min walk from Kings Cross, 24 min walk from St Paul's Cathedral

- Double bedroom with direct access to a large balcony
- A bit noisy on the first floor, but softened by double-glazed windows
