Looking for female professionals / employed full time!

After 2 amazing years, I am moving out of my room in our flat share in Farringdon (EC1) to move in with my boyfriend.

My lovely friends are looking for a girl to replace me from February to latest 1st March.

Move-in date - from early/mid Feb to latest 1st March (exact date TBC)

Current housemates – The other 2 girls you would be living with are young professionals who work in the city and plan to stay in this central area for the foreseeable future. Florence works in the charity sector and is English but also speaks Spanish because she lived in Spain for 12 years. Rebecca moved in 1 year ago is from New Zealand and works in HR for a bank.

Both are very fun, chatty and easygoing, we have many evening chats and laughs in the kitchen or living room

Future housemate – Looking for a young professional woman in twenties/thirties who wants to hang out as a house whether it’s having a chilled out Sundays with takeaway and Netflix or going out for dinner/brunch or even for the occasional run/yoga class!

Rent – £900 (no bills included) until start May. Tenancy will be renegotiated after so you can expect an increase in line with inflation/contract terms.

Bill come to c. £170 a month which includes internet, council tax, energy and water.

Rental agreement – The joint tenancy agreement renews on the 5th May. Once a new housemate is finalised we shall contact the Landlord’s management agency to amend the contract (there is a small payment to the agency to amend the name on the contract).

Location – Is amazing! 8min from Farringdon Station (Elizabeth line, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle and National Rail – Thameslink), 12 min from Angel and 15min from Old Street (Northern Lines) and 12min from St Pauls (Central line).

Lots of nice coffee shops around and Exmouth market, Angel and Shoreditch really nearby for a drink.


House – 3rd floor with a lift in a big block so it’s warm. Nice and south facing so gets loads of sun, wooden floors, kitchen, separate lounge (can see the shard from it), 1 bathroom and separate toilet and 3 bedrooms. Washing machine but no dish washer.

Bedroom – second biggest room in the house, south facing, big windows.

Furniture – The room has a fitted wardrobe, plus the bed, a freestanding wardrobe. All other furniture in the room is mine so will be coming with me. We also have 2 large bookcases in the living room and I use 3 shelves, so there will be additional storage space there.
