THE ROOM, moving date 9th February; all the furniture will remain in the room. This includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside locker, etc..

RENT is £900, DEPOSIT is £850
ALL BILLS INCLUDED in the rent (Cleaner, Council, water, electricity, gas, and Internet)

THE FLAT is a double floor apartment (4th and 5th floor) with 4 big double bedrooms and a smaller one. There are two toilets and one separate bathroom. We've got a small, but cosy living area with a sofa, table, TV… and a kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster etc). There is also a big attic if you need to store anything. The flat is really calm during nights and gets some good sunlight during the day (when it's sunny :D)

THE LOCATION. The flat is ridiculously central, no need to take public transport, you can walk or bike and save some money, but if you need to, we are 10min walk to Angel/Barbican/Farringdon/Old Street Stations. There are nice pubs, restaurants, and shops around the corner.

FLATMATES. We’re a calm flat, we all work from Monday to Friday, enjoy keeping fit, cooking and like to go out on the weekends (sometimes together). The atmosphere in the flat is very nice and we all get along very well. We are all between 25-30 years, social and always around for a laugh.

We are looking to do the viewings whenever during this month until we find the right person (preferably evenings or weekends), so please let us know a time that works for you and a little bit about yourself.
