Description

The room is quite big and has lots of storage for clothes and other items. It comes with a bed, bedside table, desk, chair, bin, lamp, one towel, a small rug and one blanket.

Rent is £866 and bills come on top of that roughly about £100 per person.

You would be sharing with two others
One is man who works in graphic design, sometimes from home sometimes out of home. The other room is currently waiting to be filled. I had the flat to myself a lot and it was mostly quiet when I was at home. It’s a great place to relax and study or work.

There is one bathroom and one toilet. There isn’t a living room but there is a small alcove with a bench seat and table which you can sit in - although we do often hang the washing in this space

The location is excellent, super central. 10-15 min walk to Farringdon station, 15 min walk to Angel and Angel station. Lots of buses nearby. 15 min walk to old street. 5 mins to Exmouth Market which is a lovely street of pubs, cafes and restaurants. 20 min walk to Holborn. I’ve loved being in this area as it’s so close to everything but still so quiet and peaceful.

I’m looking to move out beginning of March but could be sooner if the right person comes along!
