Sublet - Double room - Clerkenwell/ Farringdon

I live in a lovely four-bed flat share. One of them is travelling, so a room is available to sublet.

Cost includes all bills, including council tax, broadband, etc.

Dates available:
1) 2 June to 1 July 2026
2) 23 July to 23 September 2026

However, these dates can be slightly flexible!

If you're available to sublet for the entire period, that's ideal, but sublets for either period would also be considered.

Location 📍
Fantastic central London spot - a 10-minute walk to Farringdon Station and 8 minutes to Exmouth Market. Loads of great cafés, pubs and bus routes nearby.

The flat 🏡
4-bed ground floor furnished flat with a living room, balcony, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, communal garden, and washer-dryer.

The room 🛏️
• Fully furnished (bed, huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair)
• There's also a display monitor/screen, which our flatmate is happy for you to use.

About us 👋🏼
2 females and 1 male between 25-33 years old, working in marketing, sales and a PhD student.

All friendly, tidy people. We enjoy a chat, but also respect each other’s space. This isn't a party house.
