👋 co-tenant - I have lived here since August 2024 and am choosing to enter into a new tenancy due to the fact I like it so much! In terms of my interests, I love spending time with family, friends and dogs, as well as running, long walks, trying new dinner spots, shopping, reading fiction, and hype TV shows such as Traitors. I grew up in Yorkshire, and am a lawyer working in the city.
😃 you - it would be great to live with someone friendly, kind, and who would like to create a calming and clean atmosphere. My routine can be up and down depending on workload and I go back to Yorkshire for a weekend for at least once a month. It would be great to find someone to chat with after work, go to events with etc… but equally very respectful of your own time and space ⏰ (and if a bonus, you would often get the place to yourself).
💰 rent - your share would be £1,700 pcm. Monthly bills come to around £200 - £300 on top of that, Council Tax being the killer!
🔔 references - you will need Right to Rent in the UK, as well as an annual salary of at least £55k. Any other requirements we can discuss with the landlord.
