About the Room
- The room (approx 8m²) is very clean, bright and cozy with two large windows. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and work desk.

The Area
- Located in the design district of Clerkenwell, a central location with excellent transport links: Barbican (5-minute walk), Farringdon, and Old Street stations are all within easy walking distance.
- Barbican Center is 5 min walk and for those who know Exmouth market, it’s a 15 min walk.
- The area is also well connected by bus, and many London neighbourhoods can be reached easily by foot or bike.

About the Flat
- The flat is clean, modern, bright, and spacious, with an open kitchen and living area. It's fully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchen appliances and equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.
- One of our favourite features is the lovely terrace, with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days and warm evenings.
- The flat is located on the 4th floor and there is a lift in the building.

Your Future Flatmates
- After 3 years in the flat, I’m sadly moving back home to Canada, so you'll be sharing the flat with two lovely girls
- Eni has lived in London for around nine years and has been living in the flat for four years. Rim has been living in both London and the flat for about a year. They both work in finance and share similar interests such as being active, travelling and good food ☺️
- We share a warm, respectful, and easy-going home environment. We respect each other's privacy and personal space. This is not a party flat; it's a calm and welcoming place to unwind after work and enjoy city life.

Technicalities
- Looking for a young professional with a similar lifestyle.
- The room will be available from 15 September, ideally looking for someone to stay at least 6 months.
- Like previous years, we expect the rent to increase by a small amount (probably around £50-£70) in September (we’re waiting on the landlord to confirm).
- Bills are approx. 150£ / person per month.
