3-Bed Flat in Iconic Grade 2 Listed Artdeco build

Me and my sister own this beautiful flat in Angel. I’m finishing up my Master’s degree and moving back home to London after spending some time in Newcastle, so I’m looking for two clean, tidy, and friendly female housemates to join the flat. I’m sporty and love playing netball and vintage clothes.

Ideally, looking for 2 flatmates in the age range of 21-30, respectful of each other’s space and downtime, but also enjoy socialising from time to time and becoming friends rather than just sharing a flat.

The flat is in The Lab Building, a beautiful Art Deco building in a great central London location. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Exmouth Market, 5 minutes to Angel Station, and around 15 minutes to Farringdon Station, so there are loads of great restaurants, cafés, pubs, and transport links right on the doorstep.

The flat is split over two floors and comes fully furnished. It includes:

* Three good-sized bedrooms
* One ensuite bedroom with a bath, toilet, and sink
* A shared bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink
* A bright open-plan kitchen and living area with a dining table and plenty of space to relax
* Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, and washer-dryer

There are two rooms available:

* An upstairs bedroom with a separate study across the hall
* A downstairs bedroom with a custom-built wardrobe

The two new housemates would share the main bathroom.

The building itself has lots of character and still features original Art Deco details. Residents also have access to a private gym and a large communal garden that’s professionally maintained.
