I am subletting my lovely student en-suite room for the summer while I travel for my master’s research.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and have absolutely loved it. You’ll be sharing a fully equipped kitchen with four incredibly kind, clean, and respectful flatmates.

- Comfortable single bed (with plenty of under-bed storage space for suitcases)
- Very large desk perfect for studying or working
- Built-in wardrobe and two cupboards

- Private en-suite bathroom

- Beautiful garden/patio area with picnic tables
- Common room with a foosball table and dedicated study spaces
- All bills included + excellent high-speed WiFi

The location is incredibly well-connected to all of London and beyond:
🚶 7 mins to Chapel Market (M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, plus tons of shops & restaurants)
🚶 10 mins to Exmouth Market
🚶 15 mins to King's Cross / St. Pancras Station
🚶 20 mins walking distance to universities in Bloomsbury (UCL, SOAS, etc.)

Available From: 2nd of July until September 13th, 2026
Rent (negotiable): £250 x week Open to adjusting the price if you only need it for a portion of the stay!)

Ideal Subletter: Someone respectful, reliable, and clean. Preferably a graduate student.
