Bedroom + extra study/dressing room in Clerkenwell

Looking for someone to join our friendly, professional houseshare in the heart of Clerkenwell - perfectly placed between Old Street, Angel and Barbican

The room & flat:
* Room available is actually two adjacent rooms, one as the bedroom with the second as a study/dressing room (or other use as you prefer!) with a bathroom shared between just two of us (you and one flatmate)
* One other bedroom has its own en-suite (currently occupied)
* 1 additional separate toilet
* Spacious living room
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Garden - ideal for summer evenings
* Garage
* 2 minutes’ walk to a supermarket, plus loads of cafés, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep in one of London’s loveliest neighbourhoods

The flatmates: We’re a guy and a girl, both 26, working full-time professional jobs Monday–Friday. We like having our own space during the week but genuinely enjoy socialising too (think summer BBQs in the garden, house dinners, and movie or games nights). We’re not looking for a stranger who disappears into their room, but we’re also not expecting a live-in best friend - just someone easygoing who’s up for the occasional shared meal or hangout!

What we’re looking for: Someone tidy, respectful and reliable, ideally with a similar routine (works weekdays), who’d enjoy a bit of a social side to home life without it being full-on. Flexible on term - happy to do a short-term let initially while we find someone for the long run, or offer it long-term from day one if you’re the right fit.

Move-in: 1st August 2026 (or September if we find a gap-filler!)
